ITEM I. I direct that my Executor and Executrix, hereinafter named, shall pay all of my just debts, including my funeral expenses, out of the first money coming into their hands. ITEM II. I give, devise and bequeath all of my real estate, wherever situate, in fee simple to my beloved wife, Jennie B. Christopher. ITEM III. I give, devise and bequeath all of my personal property of any and every kind, including money, bonds, stocks, household and kitehen furniture, and all of my personal property of any kind, absolutely and in fee simple to my beloved wife, Jennie B. Christopher. ITEM IV. In the event that my wife, Jennie B. Christopher, pre- deceases me, then in such event I give, devise and bequeath all of my real estate and personal property of any and every kind, and wherever situate, absolutely and in fee simple to my son, Ray M. Christopher, and my daughter Lorene Bell, share and share alike. In the event thag$ my son and daughter, or either of them, shall predecease me, then the issue of such deceased shall take the share that the deceased parent would have taken if living. ITEM V. I hereby nominate and appoint my son, Ray M. Jerry Allen Christy 251.18 Total $1,000.00 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION 1. At the time of his death Raymond L. Christy owned a 1951 Ford V-8 Tudor automobile. At the request of the widow, Mrs. Betty Christy, now Mrs. Betty Yates, this automobile was appraised by Frank Deaton and A. S. Beckham to have a value of | Seven Hundred and Fifty ($750.00) Dollars, and it was assigned to the widow as her year's support, and the commissioners found a deficiency of articles on hand to make up the year's support of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars for the two minor children. This was paid to the widow in cash. 2. The estate was not subject to any inheritance tax, and a report was not filed. There was no real estate owned by Raymond L. Christy at the time of his death. 3. It will be observed that One Thousand ($1,000.00) Dollars of the receipts of the estate was derived from a settlement with the Southern Railway Company for wrongful death. The Administrator was of the opinion, after careful investigation, that the evidence did not warrant the institution of suit. The ‘settlement was made by, and with, the consent and the approval of the widow, and jwas recommended by the attorney for the Administrator. di ls 4. All proveable claims against the estate have been paid in full, and the Administrator does not have any information or knowledge concerning any unpaid lerevesbie accounts. | WHEREFORE, having fully administered the Estate of Raymond L.
