Rome Cook, and I conveyed to F. G. Cook and wife, Mildred | Cook, a 2-1/2 acre tract of land, and provided in said deed that the grantees were to be charged with this as an advancement at a valuation of $200.00, and by HI { ! | J. Rome Cook, and I conveyed to Louise Cook Honeycutt and husband, A.L.Honeycutt, — a 5.4 acre tract of land, and provided in said deed that the grantees were to be charged with this as an advancement at a valuation of $540.00.
