ITEM TWO If my husband, Fred C. Frank, survives me by thirty days, I will, devise, and bequeath unto my said husband, absolutely and in fee simple, all of my property of every sort, kind, and description, both real and personal, which is not necessary to carry out the provisions of Item One of this will. ITEM THREE If my said husband, Fred C. Frank, does not survive me by thirty days, I authorize and direct my executor to sell all of my furs and jewelry in such manner, at such price, and upon such terms as he may deem proper, and after having paid my debts, funeral expenses, monument, and costs of administration, to divide and pay over all runds remaining in his hands per stirpes to such of my issue as so survive me. ITEM FOUR I appoint my hubband, Fred C. Frank, and my son, Jay F. Frank, Executors of this my last will and testament. My Executors shall have the powers, with- oub Court approval, to compromise claims, to sell at publie or private sale, exchange, or lease for any period of time, any real or personal property, and to give options for sales and leases. ITEM I. I direct that my Executor, hereinafter named, shall pay all of my just debts, including my funeral expenses, out of the first money coming into his hands. ITH II. I give, devise and bequeath to my daughter, Lala Eugenie Frazier, all of my household and kitchen furniture, and wearing apparel, to be hers absolutely. ITEM III. I give, devise and bequeath to my son, John H. Frazier, all of the live stock farming tools, machinery and equipment, to be his absolutely. ITEM IV. I give, devise and bequeath to my daughter, Lala Eugenie Frazier, 3 acres of the residue of the land that I own as conveyed to me, as shown in Deed Book 32, page 474, Iredell County Registry, in fee simple, the said 3 acres to front upon theroad, and to include the house and buildings around the same, with the exception of the barn and the chicken house. ITEM V. I give, devise and bequeath to my son, John H. Frazier, in fee simple, all of the residue of the 36-1/2 acre tract which I ow, described in Deed Book 32, Page 474, Iredell County Registry, excepting from the same, however, that part of the above mentioned tract conveyed to D. E. Frazier which includes the storehouse building, and the 3 acres described in Item IV of this Will. ITEM VI. I hereby nominate and appoint my son, D. E.
