Yempleton for the Goodman “ome Place, to wit: $3225.00 is a fair price for the same, and that the price bid by Howard, Brawley & Co., for the hotel pro- perty, to wit: $2575.00, is a fair price for it; and it further ap- pearing to the Court that more than 20 days have elapsed since the re- sale of said property by said Commissioners, and that no increase bids have been placed thereon by any one, and no exceptions filed to said report by any of the parties intetested; and it further appearing to the Court that the said W. v.
