Robert Lee Westmoreland is now dead, and under the Will his share has been distributed equally to his two children, Mrs. Oleta Westmore- land Kuykendall and Harry Lee Westmoreland, as shown in this settlement. Louise Westmoreland, one of the children of W. M. Westmoreland, be- came twenty-one years of age on 4 May, 1940, and her share has been paid to her, instead of to Mary Lee Westmoreland, Guardian of W. M.
