All of the debts and claims,which were filed with the Administra- tors,or of which they had any knowledge,and the cost of administration,have been paid. 3.The Inheritance Tax Return was filed with the North Carolina De- partment of Revenue,the tax was paid,and the report has been approved. 4.John Jacob Hall was divorced from his wife,Betty M.Hall,who isnowBettyM.Pearson,and after the divorce,each of them owned a one-half undivided interest in a house and lot,in Statesville outside township,in theSherrillSubdivision,off the Taylorsville Road,and Mr.Allen Hall,father ofthedecedent,John Jacob Hall,bought the one-half undivided interest of BettyM.Pearson,by Deed which is recorded in Deed Book 451,page 291,Iredell County Registry. 5.Mr.Allen Hall,the father of John Jacob Hall,under the Statute of Distribution in North Carolina,is the person entitled to all of the personal property in the Estate of John Jacob Hall. 6.Betty M.Pearson claimed that a considerable amount of the house- hold and kitchen furniture,and other items of personal property at the home, belonged to her,and she demanded that the same be turned over to her;however, all matters between Betty M.Hall and Mr.Allen Hall,were settled,and she executed a Bill of Sale,conveying to Allen Hall,all of the personal property in the Estate of John Jacob Hall,except,one hand wind record player,and one Electrolux Vacuum Cleaner,and the same is recorded in Deed Book 451,page 294, Iredell County Registry. qo o e r uY o r *] / 2 H 99 6 1 1.Pearson paid 1/2 of the unpaid balance on the Deed of Trust,at the North Carolina National Bank,and she reimbursed the Estate for 1/2 of the interest,taxes,and insurance which had been paid by the Estate on the dwelling house.The Deed of Trust was recorded in Mortgage Book 311,at page 394,Iredell County Registry,and the same has been marked paid in full,and has been cancelled of record. The Administrators do not charge any commissions. The Carolina Motor Company filed a claim with the Administrators in the sum of $13.77,and by letter dated November ag 1967,the claim was re-— jected,and payment thereof was denied,and the Carolina Motor Company was so notified;that more than six months has now expired since written notice of denial and rejection of the claim was given to the Carolina Motor Company in writing,and they have not instituted any action on the claim,and,therefore, their right to bring an action now is barred. 10.John Jacob Hall did not leave a wife,nor any issue,or any children,surviving him,and since he was divorced from his wife,Betty M.Hall, who is now Betty M.Pearson,and under the Statute of Distribution,North Caroli- na,his father,Mr.Allen Hall,was entitled to all of the personal property in the Estate,and his 1/2 undivided interest in the real estate herein referred to.
