S.C. : Pursuant to an order of the Superior Court of Iredell County, made in the above entitled proceeding, I exposed to sale to the highest bidder at the Courthouse door of Iredell County, on the 19th day of July, 1919, at 12 o'clock noon, after due advertisement, the lands mentioned and described in the petition in this cause, where and when L. L. Crowson became the last and highest bidder at the price of $1800.00 cash, for the property, and the said purchaser stands ready to pay the purchase money for the said land, and 20 days have lapsed and no advanced bid has been offered. I consider the price bid a fair and reasonable one and, therefore, recommend that the sale be confirmed and a deed be made to the purchaser upon payment of the purchase money. EIST — tain TE POY This proceeding again coming on to be heard and it appearing that the said James F. Harbin, Commissioner, appointed by the Court to sell the lands described in the petition of the plaintiff on the 19th day of July, 1919, sold at public auction to L. L. Crowson the land described in the petition at the price of $1800.00 cash, and it appearing to the Court that the said sale was in all respects duly and properly conducted and made, and that the price offered as aforesaid, was and is just and reasonable and the fair value of said land. It is therefore, ordered, adjudged and decreed thet the said sale be, and it is hereby in all respects con- firmed; and that the said James F. Harbin, commissioner, as aforesaid, upon the payment of the purchase money and every part thereof, shall execute and deliver to the said purchaser and his heirs and assigns, a deed in fee simple for the said land. And the said James ¥. Harbin upon receipt of said purchase money shall pay the cost of this action to be taxed by the Clerk, and shall distribute the residue among the petitioners in this cause according to their respective shares, except as to the minor petitioners, and as to their share he is ordered to pay it into the Clerk's Office and render a final settlement as commissioner as provided by law.
