Gaither, Commissioner appointed by the Court to gell the lands described in the petition of the plaintiff, on the 17th day of April, 1904, sold at public auction to D. Columbus Campbell the lands described in the petition, at the price of $2062.00, upon the following terms, to wit: 1/5 cash, 1/5 in three months, and 1/5 in 6 months, and the said sale appearing to be just and reasonable: It is therefore ordered and decreed that the same be in all respects confirmed, and that the said F.
