Hill, son of Dre Me We Hill, County and State aforesaid, for divers good causes and con- siderations thereto moving and more particularly for the sum of Three Hundred dollars received of Mrs. Bell M. Hill, have remised, released and forever quit claimed and by these presents do for ourselves and heirs, executors, ad- ministrators, justly and absolutely remise, release and forever quit claim unto the said Mrs. Belle M. Hill and her heirs and assigns forever, all the wm right, title and interest as I the said “. Me Hill have or ought to have in or to all these a parcels or lots of land lying and being in the county of Iredell and State aforesaid of North Carolina in Statesville Township, and described as follows: ist Tract: Beginning at a stake on Davie Avenue and the Junction of Elm Street and Davie Avenue, running South 48° East 200 feet in said Elm Street thence S 23° E. 180 feet to a Stake Connellys corner, Mrs. Billingsleys ° ° corner, thence Ne 68 E, 200 feet to a stake on Mores line thence Ne 48 W. 451 feet to a stake on said Davie Avenue, thence S,. 44° We 104 feet to the be- ginning containing one andl/4 acres more or less (14) Also all of Lots No. One two three four five six seven eight nine ten eleven twelve in section I in the North Statesville Land Companys adition to the towm of Statesville wherein are fully described in the plot on file, in the office of the Register of Deeds for Iredell County, Ne Ce Book 15 page 754. Also lots No. 1 & 3 in block Noe 105 of Statesville Development Company filed in Book 15 page 441 and I, Wm. M. Hill do further relinquish all my right, title and interest in and to all notes choses in action and evidence of debt of any description and all proper- ty of any kind to the said Mrs. Belle M. Hill and her heirs which my father died seized or yoganeses of. To have and to hold the above the released prem- ises unto him onas ae the said Mrs. Belle iM. We also find, upon examination, that the number of the family of the said widow, under fifteen years " of age, exclusive of herself is (1) There being a deficiency of the articles on hand to make up the year’s support, we assess such deficiency at Bight Hundred Dollars, to be paid by the personal representative. NOTE: The widow is entitled to $1,000 out of the crop, stock and provisions of the deceased, and $250 addi- tional for each member of the family under fifteen years old as her year’s support. The commissioners shall make and sign three lists of articles assigned, stating the value of each, the'number of the family, and deficiency to be paid by the personal representative.
