Hill )} NOW COMES Elizabeth Hill, Executrix of the Estate of Richard K. Hill, and after being duly sworn, deposes and says that on the _—_—__—s day - of January, 1957, she filed a settlement in the Estate of Richard K. Hill, making settlement and distribution of all funds that had come into her hands up to that time, and she now further shows to the Court the following: I That Richard K. Hill was the owner of certain real estate in Shiloh lfownship, Iredell County, North Carolina, consisting of twelve lots, with a frame dwelling thereon, chicken house and garage, and being the home and place where he and his family resided at ye of his death; that since the death of Richard K. Hill, his daughter, Martha Hill, who is now married and is Martha Hill Pope, and her family, and his daughter, Gracie Elizabeth Hill, have lived and resided on this property; that both of the devisees desiredto sell the property, as Mrs. Martha Hill Pope desires to purchase a smaller home for her family, and Gracie Elizabeth Hill, who is a minor, was anxious to have the property sold and the proceeds held for her until she was twenty-one years old, or paid to her guardian, if one should be appointed. II That pursuant to the desire and request of Martha Hill Pope and Gracie Klizabeth Hill, and after they had obtained an offer of $8,500.00 from T. Frank Cloaninger and wif lary R. Cloaninger, which both devisees thought was the fair market vaiue property, and which, in the opinion of this Executrix, was air market value of the property, the property was sold to said parties, and the Executrix, under the power and authority contained in the last will and testa- ment of Richard K. Hill, which is recorded in Will Book 15, page 385, in the office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Iredell County, executed a deed to T. Frank Cloaninger and wife, Mary R. Cloaninger, in which Martha Hill Pope and her husband, William Alexander Pope, and Gracie Elizabeth Hill joined, giving their consent and approval of the sale, and setting forth that they desired it to be sold and con- veyed, and requested that the Executrix make the deed to the purchas aif Elizabeth Hill, as Executrix of the last will and testament of Richard K., Hill, therefore, files this Supplemental Report of the sale of the real estate tribution : and di hereinabove referred to, and makes accounting and disbursemen /of the proceeds of the sale as follows: RECEIPTS From T.
